To return merchandise please follow the steps listed below:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied,
just send it back to the return address* on the original package
within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund on the price of the product only. Products offered with free or reduced shipping will also have the UPS shipping charge deducted from any refund. There is no need to call first, but please let us know why you are
returning an item so we can speed your refund, or make an exchange, and
serve you better in the future. Simply print out this page, check off the reasons
that are appropriate, and include a copy with your return.Incomplete returns will be assesed a 20% restocking fee. In order to receive a credit you must return the item in the original manufacturers packing, include this form with your return and follow the directions below.

Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. UPS shipping charges will be deducted from Damaged items returned for credit.
Orders can be cancelled if we are able to cancel it before it is shipped. If the item is already shipped and the customer refuses to accept the shipment, UPS charges will be deducted from the refund.
